  • Do you accept insurance?

We are in-network with select insurance plans and also work with out-of-network benefits. Coverage varies by plan, and we’re happy to help you understand your options before getting started.

  • Can I use HSA or FSA funds?

Yes. We accept HSA and FSA cards as a form of payment for therapy services.

Therapy packages include a set number of sessions at a reduced rate and are designed for clients who want added structure or are working toward a specific goal. Packages are optional and can be discussed during a consultation or early sessions.

No. Therapy is always your choice. You’re welcome to begin with a consultation or individual sessions and decide what level of support feels right over time.

No Surprises Act & Good Faith Estimates

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your mental health care may cost.

Under the No Surprises Act, health care providers are required to give individuals who are not using insurance (or who are self-paying) an estimate of expected charges for services. This estimate is provided before services are scheduled.

What this means for you

  • You can request a Good Faith Estimate for the cost of therapy services
  • The estimate will outline expected fees based on the information available at the time
  • You have the right to receive this estimate before starting care

If your actual bill is higher than expected

If you receive a bill that is $400 or more above your Good Faith Estimate, you may dispute the bill through the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

More information about your rights and the dispute process is available at: www.cms.gov/nosurprises

If you have questions about fees, estimates, or how this applies to your situation, you’re welcome to reach out. We’re happy to help clarify.
