A therapy intensive is a longer-format session, or series of sessions, designed to focus deeply on a specific concern. Rather than meeting weekly for 55 minutes, we dedicate extended time (2–4 hours at a time, or structured half-day options) to work through patterns, stress cycles, or stuck points with greater continuity.
Intensives are fully customized and private pay. They are not submitted to insurance and are ideal for individuals who:
- Want accelerated progress
- Feel stuck in repetitive patterns
- Are navigating acute stress or burnout
- Prefer focused work over long-term weekly therapy
- Have limited availability but want meaningful depth

From there, we design a customized structure that may include:
- 2–4 hour extended sessions
- Half-day intensives (with scheduled breaks)

Sessions are held virtually and paced intentionally to support regulation, not overwhelm.
